A residential building designed by the renowned Spanish architect

Ricardo Bofill is being constructed in the third district of Lisi Green Town. Bofill's concept emphasizes openness, with every apartment featuring open spaces. The building is divided into various volumes, ensuring maximum natural light and terraces for each apartment. Characterized by Bofill's signature, the project draws inspiration from the iconic La Muralla Roja residential building in Spain. This is Ricardo Bofill’s only work in Georgia.
